Shipping policy

At AAHN., we ship across India and want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
During a new drop or a holiday period, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll keep you posted.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details by email and SMS.

Delivery timelines

Metro cities: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
Rest of India: 4–7 business days from dispatch.
These are estimates and may vary with your location and courier conditions.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on every order, across India. No minimum value, no hidden charges.

Payment

This drop is prepaid only. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet at checkout.

We don't offer cash on delivery. There are only a few pieces in each size, and a refused parcel takes that size off the shelf for a fortnight while someone who wanted it sees sold out. We'd rather it stayed available.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link by email and SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to go live.

Serviceable areas

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — join our list to hear first.
A few remote pincodes may not be serviceable; if so, our team will reach out.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — once an order is dispatched, we can't change the delivery address.
If a parcel returns to us due to a wrong address, an unreachable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, we'll contact you to re-deliver. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Delays

We're a small team doing our best, but delivery can occasionally be delayed by things outside our control — weather, regional disruptions, festive-season volumes, or courier delays. Thank you for your patience.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email returns@aahn.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We cover the return shipping for our mistake.
